3 Facts to know about your healthcare

1

The Canada Health Act ensures care

The Canada Health Act (CHA) helps to ensure that eligible Canadian residents have access to certain publicly insured medical services. Each province and territory offers their own plan and services covered may vary.  Learn more about yours.

Chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer have persistent and long-lasting effects on your health and lifestyle. The good news is that many chronic conditions can be prevented or delayed with behavior changes in diet and physical activity, routine health screens, and avoidance of smoking and excess alcohol. Get info to help manage your health.

Critical illnesses and life-threatening conditions are complex and require a multi-disciplinary approach to address the disease, as well as whole patient health. Learn why WorldCare’s Medical Second Opinion (MSO) is the gold-standard and how a WorldCare MSO could help you and your family in the event of a devastating diagnosis.

Attention Manulife customers
